Video - Plaque buildup in arteries

WebMD has an informative video showing how plaque builds up in the arteries. Also shows the role played by LDL and HDL cholesterol. We can eat healthy and avoid plaque buildup in the future but we used to wonder what to do with the fat already deposited in the arteries. Maybe HDL is the answer. Any thoughts?
